"i waited 4 full weeks for shipping only to receive a defective watch that can't even be worn. The clasp is missing the essential pin (see attached photo). To make matters worse, customer service is non-existent. They ignore messages and provide zero solutions other than making me deal with a return after wasting a month of my time. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Unacceptable.
