Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the conditions below are met.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or use will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Refund Timeline

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
