Chest: across the chest from armpit to armpit, then double it.
Shoulder: straight across the back, seam to seam.
Length: from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to the cuff.

Very good! The only issue is that you can't see it in the product photo, but the zipper on the back is black and looks ridiculous. However, if you leave the zipper open, it looks really cool. I found it a bit big for being a size M.
